With over 9 years of professional yoga teaching experience and 800+ hours of training in vinyasa, yin, meditation and Reiki she is a forever student of the spiritual realm and what it means to be a sovereign human. Her classes and events are delivered straight from the Heart weaving together movement, music, breath and stillness.
